The 2004 Berlin Marathon proved to be a crowd puller yet again. Together with its agency Shanghai, Berlin, the airline carrier Condor took advantage of the event and staged a 'humorous demonstration' to raise awareness for the new Condor flight offers. The campaign was received enthusiastically by both the 36.000 runners and 750.000 spectators who expressed their 'solidarity' - laughed approvingly and applauded the messages. At the finishing line the demonstrators were 'captured' by the ARD TV cameras.
